Contract sim swop problems.

<p>Good Evening HelloPeter.</p> <p>I have been battling with cell c for the past days. I have since requested my sim swop on the 19th of June for one of my contract sim with cell c. I tried options they have given me to either do a sim swop on my own and i failed because of the system they are using, my reference no is ********** 483. I spoke to morethan 10 agents already, because i have been phoning them everyday since i requested that they assist me, these are some of the names i got from the agents they were assisting me . Edmund, Jabulile and Precious Cele. Every agent told me different stories like, i can do a sim swop if they put me through to their machine and create a self service pin. Well they did put me through and the self service pin was never created, they might lie and say the pin it has been created on my other number since i have 4 contracts with them. Well it is created on one of my number that i did not request a sim swop for which is ********** 138. Today is the fifth day waiting whereas they told me that it will be resolved in 24hrs, and i am paying for that service because it is a contract and i must pay for a sim swop that i am battling to even get. Your my last hope, i have had enough phoning these network that doesn't care about their customers. i have had their service for morethan three years now and i have never experienced these and now i can say i am having a useless service from the network i trusted most.</p>
