Contract sim card stops working all of sudden, have to pay r115 for a sim swop , 3rd time now,
I am not happy with cell c they seem to have an unruly money making scheme whereby their contract sim card stops working all of a sudden and then you are then requested to pay r115 to do a sim swop , for a sim card that is neither lost nor damaged, this is now the third time I'm finding myself having to pay for a sim swop for absolutely no apparent reason, I am currently not willing to pay anymore , can this be reasonable grounds for cell c to cancel my contract with immediate effect? Where can I report this to be investigated, ??? Please note this has never happened with my prepaid sim card!!!

We would like to advise that because sim cards are, electronic components they are prone to damage due to a number of things like Electric shock from the battery of the device, corrosion or even a fault in the sim slot.
