Contract Sim card stopped working
I have been with a cell c contract for 23 months now and had done a sim swap before because a sim card was no longer working, my main problem here is that even the first sim card when contract was about to end it lost a network and I was required to pay R100 for sim swap which is now making me to think that cell c uses this kind of method to **** people their money since sim swap is not free.how can a sim card which has never been removed stop working out of nowhere?
Its a **** to make us pay R100 for sim swap, and this shows that cell c does not care about its customers as I am now missing important calls due to this
