Contract Signed for a new phone, No Delivery
I am beyond upset and disappointed right now. I signed a contract with Cell C to purchase an iPhone, and the agent on the phone assured me that they had stock and that I would hear from the courier company for the delivery. I asked repeatedly if they were sure they had stock, and the agent confidently said yes. Today, when I called to follow up, I was told that there is no stock, and the person I spoke to had the audacity to say she does not understand why the agent said there was stock.
Can Cell C urgently deliver the phone I ordered and signed an agreement for? This dishonesty is unacceptable and beyond frustrating. Cell C is pushing sales but failing to deliver what they promise to their customers. I demand immediate action to rectify this situation.

When an i going to receive my phone? As mentioned to the lady on the phone, i ordered this phone because i need it ASAP for work. I was happy to hear there is stock. Now it's a different story. I could have honestly went to another provider and have my phone by now.. This is very upsetting, we purchase things because we need them not that we are bored honestly.
I urgently need timelines on this...and have my phone delivered before the end of the week
