Contract Settlement - Billing Error

Good day,

Once again,CellC never fails to disappoint me,you seem to always be on track when it comes to disappointment. I have cancelled my contract in December after a lot of billing issues,given the settlement amount R1849 for my ********** 210 Number,promised a refund because I over paid the cancellation,different stories from different *********** consultant were presented to me. Eventual decided not to follow up on a failed issue,to my understanding,my contract was cancelled and all settled,Friday I get a new statement and now im owing R2000,I cancelled to query this,consultant couldn't assist and transferred me to cancellation which I was on hold for half an hour eventual had to drop the call.

Im real not winning with this contract and the billing issues,this is causing issues at work since I have to present a correct billing statement for my refund,its been two months I have submitted the invoices to my employer because of incorrect billings issues.
