contract settled in february now in arrears

I am appalled by the manner cell c has treated me in the previous months. I just recently learnt that I have been handed over to the lawyers for an account that was closed and cancelled months ago. <br> <br> On the 24/02/2015 I made a payment to cell c after I had received a settlement amount from wonderpark cell c Shop in Pretoria. I later learnt that the account was never closed as I had requested.On the 27/04/2015 I contacted cell c again complaining about my account that was not closed and an amount of R490.13 that was deducted from my account on the 20/04/2015 which I later reversed on the 25/04/2015.The reversal was done after I spoke to Siphesihle and he told me that he can see an amount in one of my accounts that is in credit. I requested him to phone me back concerning this and he said someone from accounts would call me. Every time I call cell c I am give a reference number and it seems this is only done to fool us customers in believing something is being done while nothing happens in the background.<br> I have sent them proof of payment of R618.13 and R525.36 done on the 24/02/2015 and still no one bothered to call me or investigate.
