Contract review

I took. Out a cell c which Reuter and 100 gig of datas contract and my agreement with them was that they will deduct about R287 a month but ever since the started they never deduct the agreed amount they deduct R487. When I call them they seem to not know why because each consultant is giving me different reason from the other eg the other one told me that I over used my datas but the other said is VAT and monthly charges I decided to reverse the amount they deducted.
