Contract renewed - still no phones have arrived.
I renewed my contract via telephone over 6 weeks ago. I dealt with Thabiso Bogatsu. I have not received my new phones as yet despite numerous calls and letters to the consultant as well as customer care and retentions. No one cares. I have aske d for the Retentions manager to call. Even he ignores my call for help. This is terrible service from Cell C.

To resolve this matter requires CEll C to send me the 2 phones requested asap. The standard response is that the phones are in the warehouse. This makes no sense. Get them and deliver asap.
