Contract Renewed Immediately but Handset has not been delivered since March 2021
I have renewed this contract with Perushan (Retentions) on 29/03/2021
I was told that I would receive the new handset for the new Pinnacle contract within 7 days. Perushan also said he will escalate for Thursday 01/04/2021 delivery
On calling on Friday 09/04/2021 (7 days due to public holidays) I was told that the handset is no longer in stock & that new stock was only to be received early this week.
I was also told that I cannot be guaranteed that I will be receiving the handset this week
Please can someone urgently contact me regarding this as soon as possible.

13 Apr 2021, 07:03Update 13/04/2021 - No one has contacted my via mobile after asking for my contact number. I have also chatted to someone on the Facebook social media handle who mentioned there was no ETA of my handset or someone to contact me. I am going on holiday early next week & was going to use my new handset due to being promised receipt of the handset early in April. Make this happen Cell C I would like my handset that I have humbly signed up for; stop taking the backseat & actually do something for your customers for a change.

Update 13/04/2021 - No one has contacted my via mobile after asking for my contact number. I have also chatted to someone on the Facebook social media handle who mentioned there was no ETA of my handset or someone to contact me. 13 Apr 2021, 15:23Update 13/04/2021 - Someone contacted me at 9am from Cell C head office asking for my number that the contract was for & was going to contact me with. No further feedback as yet. The person handling the social media page for Cell C on Facebook is beating around the bush. No one is telling me what the remedy is, no one is telling me when I am to receive the handset & the contract has already started with the voice/data features as certain data benefits from my previous data contract has been revoked. Totally pathetic service.
