contract renew

<p>I am a loyal Cell C subscriber for the past 10 years. I am due for a upgrade but according to them I cannot get an upgrade because of an outstanding account from 5 years back. </p> <p>I worked for a company that was on the Lonmin mine during the strikes that went bankcrupt. I lost my job and as I am in my 60 to find a job is near but impossible. </p> <p>I was never sued or anything regarding this contract. I have never missed one payment on current contract. Cell C wrote the money of on outstanding contract got a tax deduction on it but still hold me responsible </p> <p>I am so gatvol for this because I had the same problem last upgrade. Being treated as a ******** and told I have a credit score of 0 by their legal dept. I spend R1000pm on cell c.</p> <p>But if this is how they treat costumers then they can go to a very warm place. Even if I try I cannot pay the other contract and offering me a really basic phone like they did not on I will therefore be porting my no to a provider that value their clients</p> <p>And to add insult to injury they phoned me for the upgrade</p> <p> </p>
