Contract promises failed
They call to tell you your contract is expiring would you like to keep the same rate and special deal, once you agree they just ignore you and sign you up for two year on the higher rate. After complaining and getting reference number nothing gets done. Been a client of theirs for +/- 5 years now. very disappointed
