Contract price ****

I app**** in branch for a contract and had their store booklet which said it was R 599. I signed all the paperwork and the contract when through but just before activation I noticed their system said it was R679 per month. That amounts to R 2000 more over the 24 months. The people in the branch just shrugged their shoulders and wouldn't help. On insistence I got them to call for customer services for help and the person said they reserve the right to change the contract as they see fit and I must just live with it. Absolutely zero customer service. Not only have they lost my business but I will never use them again. Cell c can not honor their own deals and this practice amounts to *****.
