Contract price more than doubled without communication or permission
Hi I just received an sms to say my payment for this month on my data sim contract has more than doubled. There was j communication to me about this. I need this matter urgently resolved and you cannot just change the price of my contract without communication or permission for me to continue with the new price this is *******. Urgently resolve this matter or j will have to escalate this matter
