CONTRACT PRICE INCREACE WOW!!!

I have a Cell C contract that was initially R200.21, to my surprise this morning I got an sms R210.20 was debited, I immediately called Cell C. spoke to an agent and she proudly advised that Cell C has the right to increase premiums as they wish and want to. She said it was also stated on terms and conditions and an sms was sent to me stating that premiums are going up. I have never received that sms.R10 by 24 months its a lot of money, I have this contract less than a year but they have increased a premium by such amount of money already, the next thing they can increase by what ever amount they wish, I feel this is a rip of, as far as I know a contract has to be the same amount up until it expires I regret the day I took his contract with them I think this is the 10th complained on Hello Peter regarding the same contract, still waiting for movie tickets as promised ,never received them, but they quick to debit extra money without my concern. stop harassing innocent client, we give you business and yet your network sucks there is no signal at all times and when ever am on the call have to put my phone on speaker no privacy.
