Contract price
I am wondering, is it LEGAL to change the price of a contract and bill me for the new price when I have signed a 24 month contract at the old price??? Surely if I have signed a contract at a certain price it needs to stay that price for the whole contract period???

Please note that in terms of your Subscriber Agreement, Cell C has the option of changing any of the Charges from time to time, by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing.
These Charges include applicable connection fee, Subscription Fee, Usage Charges, SIM Card Fee, Goods Fee and any other Charge relating to the provision of Cell C's Services to the customer in terms of the Agreement.
