Contract - Pls Dnt take out rather use prepaid

1. Cell c took my account to internal debt collectors whn i was not in arrears after a lng debate on my airtime - i jus concluded to pay of the reminder of my contract 6 months remaining they gave me invoices of outstanding amounts which i paid.<br> 2. i asked for a settlement letter to confirm that the account has been closed. i was told that this can be done after a month. a mnth later i call n Cell C i am still owing.
