Contract phone billing even when Contract is cancelled
post. These where supposed to be canceled May 2019. again i called in with an complaint regarding the consultant in the retention department which was Pearl who was assisting me and they told me the team leader(Brian) says he will get back to me, his late for his meeting that was now the 11th June. now we are on August and i realised Cell C is still debiting my account. called in again 21 Aug to be taken from Pillar to post again. spoke to a Consultant from from Retentions who mentioned that both accounts were canceled and she is not sure why they still biling me and transfered me which she transfered me to customer car and i spoke to Hlengiwe who confirmed they canceled and put me through to legal which i was holding for 15min. i called back again and i was through to Siboniso in Retention and he said he doesn't know how he can assist me and i asked to be transfered back to customer care of which i spoke to Mokgadi and she informed that one of the contracts is still active hence they still debiting me however on the system is shows pearl was working on it to submit for concellation and she doesn't know what happened and she will send an email to them and i be contacted. i'm not wining with these people. i'm starting to wonder if they know thier job or how they got hired for their positions. (Retentions: Mpho, Brian, Pearl, Natalie, Vuyelwa Diniso and Siboniso all from Retention but for months i couldn't get assistance from them) Customer care(Hengiwe) at least Mokgadi promised to get someone to call me. i want Cell C to reimburse me all the funds they have been taking since June when both contract were supposed to be canceled.
the service received from Cell since since i took out contract with them was horrible. i will never do business nor refer any family member to use Cell C
