Contract phone
How are you? Please help me ,my wife bought two phones on cell c contract and it's been paid off and cell c doesn't want to terminate contract since its finished and we advised them telephonically that it's over they need to stop this but they kept on debiting my wife's account since last month of contract of which was October and if we reverse the money they dont make any follow up as to why we reverse the money but they just barred simcards,.this is the ***** because they suppose to let us go not enforce us with their contracts. Thanks in advance

Kindly note that you are required to place a 30 days cancellation notice for the contracts to be cancelled.

07 Jan 2021, 13:26We did that in advance and also we phone on the last day but still they kept on debiting, please if you can phone my wife because she's the account holder and ask from her ,these people are cruel and it's not only us whose complaining about their contract and they end up send people who are innocent to credit berau ,my wife number ***
