Contract Phone

I have app**** for a contract phone with CellC on the 24 of October 2015 and I was told to email the supporting docs of which I have done. On the 28 I received an email confirming that my order has been approved, later on ONLY a sim card was delivered. I then contacted CellC and I was told that my phone was under vetting till to date. I have been trying to contact cell c via telephone and emails but I have not been helped. I have asked them to collect their Sim card but they not done so.I even asked them to cancel my application but did not.<br> <br> Yesterday( 11/11/15) I received a bill so I do not know what is it for as I do NOT HAVE a contract with Cell C.<br> <br> Please assist with this , I am feed up and I do not want anything to do with CELLC as they do not care about their clients and they think they are the ONLY service provider.<br>
