Contract package that i never took

Offered a package that i never took. contract package from R299 to R1,600 and cell c has debited my wife for the amounts / even the contract she never agreed too.

Now all she needs now is for cellc to refund her back her money and charge the correct package she took. According to Cellc 's records my wife cellc on the 11th April 2017 but my wife never did. we have went to Cellc some time around June and we were told that they investigate. we haven't received any feed back or our money back from cellc

Hi, yes my wife did speak to Johannes but still hasn't been assisted and they telling her that they will credit her on account monthly. she was also told that for this month she own something like R750.00, how is that possible if monthly you pay about R400.00 then Cell c tell you that this month you own about R700 because now they owe you. The money that was debit from my wife is R2400.00 and Cell c are telling her that they only is R1100.00 and they will give her the money. can someone please refund our full amount of R2400.00 as it was debit on her account.
