Contract Package Changed without my consent

Hi,

I recently upgraded on my contract with Cell C about a month or 2 back. On Friday 26 July 2024 i received a text which reads as follows :

“ Welcome to Cell C! You have been activated on Elevate 2. You'll receive 1.5GB Anytime Data, 1.5GB Anytime Social Data and 200 Minutes to call any local number every month. T&Cs apply.”

I never called to be activated for nothing and no one called for such even. Now my package has been changed without my consent and i’m being inconvenienced. I just called Cell C now and the guy i spoke to dropped the phone on me without giving me a way forward.

Please urgently assist

Hello, i called yesterday 30 August 2024 to follow up on this matter as nothing has been done since i reported the matter but a lady by the name Nomonde said she can’t assist me… i not happy about this service because at the end of the day i’m the one paying but you guys changed my package without my consent.
