Contract package change without consent
My issue with Cell C hasn’t been resolved, i called in today to try and get feedback on the package change that happened without my consent and i was not assisted with that. The lady i spoke to (Nomonde) said she can’t assist me.
This issue has been hanging and unresolved for a month now and i’m really nor happy about that because i’ll be paying for something i didn’t sign for.
