contract overcharge
I upgraded my contract with cell c recently and they said my monthly debit would be R369 but i have been getting extra charged almost double the amount and when i reported this they said they would investigate and get back to me which they did not . i called in a few days ago and they said they would get back to me the next day but havent up till today .
