Contract of LTE Router (Ref spi***)

I would like to lodge o complain about the voucher or special that Cell c was offering, I app**** for this contract on the 30 March 2016 and up to this day i haven't received the device. What surprising is that my Colleague had receive his device and we app**** for this on the same day and i was the first one to phone in. I need to know why does it take so long to get the device and also are they not suppose to have this device somewhere for back if it gets finish like now. The device is ZTE-MF910-LTE-Mi-Fi-Router on a SMARTDATA-5GB-(Giga20) or else they give me the Huawei E5573 LTE MI-FI Router because i saw the advert on TV yesterday(12/04/2016) (ID number: ***)
