Contract Octavia
Please don't tell me you busy Octavia at V&A Waterfront Cell C store. I am not asking you to go the extra mile for services that you should provide. What a regret of doing business with that Branch at V&A Waterfront. Why have I not received my contract!

27 Sept 2022, 14:11I did an upgrade on 21/09 and they said my contract will and obviously will be emailed. Friday nothing shows I made contact with branch. It's said that it was sent and nothing shows. No detail follow up after. Today the lady who claims her name is Octavia tells me she is busy. Said I must WhatsApp on number. I already WhatsAppd this morning and no one responded. I WhatsApp and suddenly they respond. I was forced to think for them there as to why I say don't see anything as they say it's sent and I say there is nothing. Requested the branches email. Emailed a blank email and finally that is how I received a 1 page/the front page. I ask is it a 1 page only, they decide to ignore me. I would like to have the detailed contract.
