Contract Obligation not met

Good day

Please re-activate my cellphone number, I have repaid all the amount that was due to Cell C and even paid legal fees on top of that but I still sit with a cellphone number that is inactive. I would also request that Cell C delivers on all the promised obligations of data, minutes and SMS's that I would be entitled to as a normal contractual client of Cell C.

May I please request you attend to this matter ASAP, as I would like to restore my credit record and move on with my life.
