Contract not working
<p>Ive been having problemswith my phone since Oct 14th 2016 when i discovered that I coudnt recieve calls aor phone out or send and recieve sms the only things I seem to be able to do is data related things like whatsapp. Ive done two sim swaps which was recommeneded by the customer care operators and where I'm charged an additional R50 per Sim and the problem is still there. I cant load airtime onto my phone or check my balances. If this presists I'm then forced to cancel my contract as Cell C is in breech of contract.</p>

31 Jan 2017, 10:42I'm still experiencing the problem could I please get an update on this matter. Otherwise I'm going to terminate this contract as nobody can get hold of me in case of an emergency in regards to my kids.
