Contract not sorted out in 4 months

I app**** with CELL C for a plain DATA contract and it took them 2 months to get my application processed.<br> But they processed it incorrectly and charged me on the highest contract they have.<br> I contacted them and showed them my contract that I signed , stating that I app**** for the different package.<br> The CELL C contact person (Anet Souris) told me again like multiple times before that everything to do<br> with my contract, should be sorted out, but it isn't! She told me that there is a credit against my account now. <br> CELL C debited my bank account again at the end of the month again, even though there<br> should be credit against my account. Which I stopped.<br> I also explicitly asked them on the phone if a debit order would go off my account at the end of the month<br> ,and was assured that it wouldn't.<br> I receive sms's telling me my account is in arrears and another sms saying its overdue for 270+ days with R6.<br> I called CELL C this morning and was put through 4 consultants.<br> The Last consultant being very rude , and NOT willing to help , her name was Cecilia and no. ***.<br>
