Contract not cancelled on time

Ref: Account No: ***<br> On the 14 Dec 2014 I requested Cell C to cancel my Data contract which was expiring. To my surprise when I did follow up with cancellation department on the 7 May 2015 I was informed that the contract was cancelled by legal team in April 2015.<br> I did several follow up on calls and on e-mails, unfortunately I never got any solid information of why my account was never closed by the time I requested it to be closed. In January I did pay in the last installment that I was told I needed to pay it in order to get the contract closed. To date I keep on getting calls notifying me that the account is in areas and I told them I won't be held accountable for their negligence. <br> Several Cases Numbers were opened with them with promises that they will investigate the matter and revert to me with feedback.
