Contract not cancelled by Cell C

<p>I contacted cell c in Aug/Sep 2016 advising them to cancel my contract at the end of Sep 2016. I was helped by a lady from their call centre who confirmed that my contract was cancelled and that the last debit order would go off at the end of August and that i would not be debited again at the end of September 2016. As always Cell C never delivers on their promises. I am now getting sms's about my cell c account being in arrears and that if i dont pay R163.52 services will be suspended within two days on non-payment. Like really???? My contract was cancelled and i was advised that the last premium was going to be deducted in August 2016. I phoned Cell C of Friday and was helped by Manapi Motlhale who escalated my query.......I'm not even sure when the contract's department will revert. The reference number issued to me: ********** 526. CAN THIS BE SORTED OUT!!!!!</p>
