Contract NOT cancelled as requested

<p>I called Cell C about 2 months ago to cancel my contract.</p> <p>When I called to confirm why I was on a different package instead of not having to pay a monthly installment, they could not give me answer. when I requested to speak to their supervisor, I was told that person is on lunch!!!, now I would have to pay another montly fee because of Cell C's **** service. Can someone please cancel the contract with immediate effect??? I think the best part for me is that I did not give consent to move over to another package, I requested pre-paid. and Look there .. they just did whateve they wanted to. I didnt agree or sign anything!!! can you believe this!!!!</p>
