CONTRACT NOT CANCELLED AFTER 30DAYS NOTICE!!!!

I called, logged a cancellations online and emailed retentions on the 25th Aug 2020 to have my data number *** cancelled as i don't use it anymore and wanted the number to be prepaid, I received an email response Case *** today the number is still a contract take your data back and give me the number as prepaid i waited my 30days notice since 25th Aug. We are sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your contract with us. We sincerely hope that you would reconsider your decision to cancel and consider future deals to further enjoy Cell C benefits.

Your contract *** will be cancelled on the 24th September 2020 as we require thirty days’ notice for cancellation. The last bill will be in October 2020.

Also note that the unused benefits will be forfeited however, you can contact us to change the date to allow yourself time to use the benefits as you will get full benefits for the month and be billed for in full.
