Contract not cancelled

I Joyce Makama cancelled my Contract in June at a Cell C store in Jubilee mall. I was put through to head office to complete the cancellation, they tried to offer me airtime and data bundles and also tried to convince me to renew my contract but I declined all these offers and stated that I want my contract cancelled altogether. I got a shock of my life when the debit order went through in August and deducted my policy money, I went to the branch to check why the deduction went through, the male consultant at Jubilee mall was rude and failed to assist me, I called again head office again and was told a case has been logged and they will get back to me via a phone call. on the 01st September 2018 I got airtime again, I refuse to be held accountable because someone did not cancel my contract as per my request. I got an sms stating that I must make payment, for what as my contract was cancelled. and what happened to my case as to date no one has called me. I need this matter resolved urgently and if my name has been badly registered in ITC I will take this further to the ombudsman. your staff are so ***********.
