contract not cancelled

called cell c 084 143 on 22.09.15 to cancel contract - called today 27.10.15 only to find out Cell c can find no trace of my cancellation. They said they would call back within 30min as they wanted to check taped calls. I called them again after 1 hour having received no feedback - 2nd operator cut me off !<br> WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON AT CELL C? I DO NOT WANT TO BE WITH YOU ANY MORE!!!<br> <br> called back 3rd time - spoke to team leader Kriyaan - who told me contract was cancelled 27.10.15<br> I gave notice 22.09.15 - why is contract only cancelled 27.10.15????
