Contract Monthly Fee Increases???

How can you put an INCREASE on a 2 year contract??? My wifes phone was barred yesterday, so we contact the call centre and get told that that there was a price increase in February, and that her contract has gone up from R469.00 pm, to R499.00 pm, yet we have been paying R469.00 every month and only now in November the line gets cut! Something is very wrong here!!! DOES NOT MAKE SENSE! PLEASE WILL SOMEONE EXPLAIN THIS TO ME????? <br> This is absolutely ridiculous! Cell C can just make up their own rules and tariffs however and whenever they like and we as the consumer are held to ransom, because if we don't cough up, they just cut your line! It doesn't help calling the call centre, because all you get are rehe****d answers from brainwashed employees who do not know what to say other tha what is scritped infront of them, and if you ask to speak to somenone who is in charge your call gets dropped! Seriously fed up with Cell C and their utter lack in customer service! Poor show guys really poor show!<br>
