Contract misrepresentation and unauthorized debit order

I have been having an issue with cell c, so I was given an incorrect contrast the stuff member literally misrepresented the contract saying I'll be paying 129 instead on getting charged 399 for a data contract she invited me to take, when the debit order came in jan this year I disputed it and went to Cell c Dainfern where I had took the contract the staff members agreed to her mistake she says and I asked the. To cancel the contract and I'm not willing to pay for something I did not agree to but they still charging me the amount while I've explained over and over again to their head office staff, local store staff and credit collections staff, all they told me is they'll call me and investigate my case, I've been waiting for a month while the fees are accumulating and no one gas given me word whether the the contract is cancelled or not and why am I being charged , I disputed it in January and they charged me for feb and march, mind you I cannot afford this contract and I keep telling them but it's like taking my money without my concernt is a thing cell c is enjoying doing to me right now, Mbali is the reason I'm in this whole mess and why do I have to pay for her mistake, this is cell c Dainfern by the way
