Contract Migration Chaos

Will somebody at Cell C please help!
My daughters 24month phone + contract package ended on the 9th Dec'2016 - number ********** .
I pay for it via a monthly debit order, and Cell C staff have been calling me (as well as her) since early October to have the contract renewed/upgraded etc. Despite telling them I was not ready to commit to a renewal or an upgrade, and that we would most likely take out a SIM only contract with reduced mins/sms/data (as she does not fully utilise the monthly allowance) and does not need a new phone.
Despite conveying that message we were continually 'harassed' every week with a number of calls from Cell C, to which we eventually stopped answering it. My comments / intentions then should have been recorded on your system then for all sales reps to read!
Thankfully they eventually did stop calling, but with the crazy time of year, we unfortunately forgot about it. Sadly, it would have been appropriate to receive a sms reminder or something similar (email) a week or so before the termination date of the existing contract to give available options.
By chance I phoned Cell C on the 10th Dec'2016. Speaking to Zama Biyela I discovered that the contract termination date was the previous day (9th) and that the current contract package would now continue month-to-month without the phone cost element. Once again I repeated the request to get her onto a reduced mins/sms/data package, and in a roundabout way (having to threaten to cancel completely) I was offered the Pinnacle 25. Even though I was only one day late, I would have to continue with the pro-rata 'current renewed contract without the phone' package for the rest of the month (Dec), and switch over to the new Pinnacle 25 contract in Jan'2017. I agreed to that and was told someone would contact me. Two days later, Grace phoned to advise that the Pinnacle 25 is not available to me, and it was suggested to change to the Straight-Up/Top-Up 30 for R35pm. Again I agreed to that, but there was some confusion about the start up date for the new package and how I was to set a limit. Today I received another call enquiring if I wanted to upgrade my package... I fully explained the situation so far and this time was told the Straight-up 30 option is no longer available!! Please please please...can somebody within Cell C communicate with each other, afterall you are a teleCOMMUNICATION company! If I cannot get my daughters contract migrated to a reduced mins/sms/data SIM only package, then please tell me how to go about cancelling it completely, as I am now fed up communicating with your staff and being told different confusing stories.

Best regards,
Thanks...turns out Cell C customer care do not know what products they have on offer. Sorted it out by cancelling the contract.
