contract mess up by agents

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Can someone please help me. See the attached pdf and listen to conversations between myself and cell c on these numbers: ********** 621 and ********** 107

On October 18 I received a call from cell c that I was due for an upgrade. I knew that but was just waiting for the great deal. The person I talked to offered me a Huawei P8 lite but informed me it was out of stock. Few days later I called and requested the upgrade be changed from P8 to P9. And I was assured it was changed. The attached contract I received when I called cell c to ask about the phone, that was when I was informed that the P8 was still out of stock, I was shocked as I had changed to P9. The lady I talked to told me she will change it on the system and she did that and sent me that attached PDF as proof that everything was done. Fast forward to 2 November when I actually receive the device. It was a P9 lite like I expected with a nino simcard. So there was a simcard sent with the phone as cell c always do when you renew a contract. I called cell c to request a simswap so that my number ********** 107 can be used on the new phone. Instead of getting a simswap I was shocked to find out that simcard was registered and was a new contract line for a pinnacle 150. The contract sent to me as attached say pinnacle 50.

The second problem is, I have never said I wanted a new line, I said I wanted a contract upgrade, I have smses from cell c which say my UPGRADE was successful but instead of getting an upgrade you dumped a new contract on me meaning I now have three contracts and I am expected to pay all three even though I never wanted neither did I ask for a third contract.

Every time I call your call centre I get a new person and a new reference number. I need you to sort out this mess as a matter of urgency. Please link up these two numbers as I do not want a new contract line and I cannot pay 3 lines. The second thing, as per the PDF attached I never asked for an open line as I was informed today when I called cell c (ref ********** 161). I need my contract to be on top up as it has always been the case all these years and as per attached PDF from cell c. and the most important thing, please get your house in order. Somehow the standard seems to be dropping, I have never encountered such mixed up before and I have always vouched for cell c, unfortunately it seems you are not interested in fair business as now I am being ********** and no one seems to care as I have been calling your call centre for days already and I am not getting help, only empty promises. Seems like you are now politicians because that’s all I get, empty promises and zero action.contract mess

i am glad this mess was sorted out. I now have two contracts and not a new line as it was about 7 days ago. Thanks to the guy called Moses who went out of his way to attend and fix my problem.
