CONTRACT MESS UP
<p>i receieved a call to take out a contract by a consultant named Natasha Kannigadu who told me that i could port my nr to be used as the main nr where the monthly airtime is being sent to , this has still not been done and i am very frustrated after several times emailing her to fix this ,</p> <p>she has promised it would be done , 2 months ago but it is still not done .</p> <p> </p> <p>i feel like all she cared about is getting the sale , No thought or care to customer service</p>

15 Sept 2016, 13:37WOW my issue has been sorted and i am a happy client , would like to applaud the consultant SKUMBUZO that called me to sort this out , the issue was dealt with and fixed in just a few minutes .
This is awesome service AND this is what every company needs .
