Contract issues

I got a phone from Cell c last month I was told it was for free a reward 4 paying well my account. Happy and excited I received the phone and even sold it under the impression that its free as I was told then Aftet two days or so im getting debits the thing is not free I had already started using the sim cards <br> Well I went to Cell c in Bacclue they investigated and sayed yes it shud hav been free<br> But even now I still get debits the thing is not free they actually not being frank. attempts to contact them are fruitless its stories after stories and more stories its up to a month now <br> I jus want a way out of this situation and this service provider and confirmation that im going to be compensate and this contract cancelled only ... coz I know that now u guys just waiting for the debit orders to accummulate it seems someone is deliberating purposely in full knowledge of what went on ..
