Contract increasing everymonth!!

Hi Cell C, please assist me...I spoke to your very rude agent just now her name is Tebogo from customer care, she was interjecting and arguing each and every detail that I gave her, I am really disgusted by her service!!!

I have 3 contracts with you and I cancelled one in October and I gave the 30days notice as per your advice, and I was explained to that I will pay as well my normal installment for December which is R1663.60 if I'm not mistaken,and it will only start decreasing in January after removing that contract,I understood that.

Last night, however, as I was about to make a payment it showed that I need to pay R2660 and something, and don't understant why, and which is my reason why I called the customer care line, I didn't miss any payments, but ìthat Tebogo lady told me that it's because I missed my payment in July, and I didn't miss it I paid late, and everything was rectified and resolved since then, she didn't wanna listen at all. Ialso sent an email to Cell C during the day today and I was told of the 24 to 48 hour turn around time, and I couldn't wait since my due date is the 6th...Tebogo told me that the R2660 is the charges of canceling my contract, like really?the lady I spoke to initially canceling the contract told me that the R1663.60 is inclusive of the prorata for cancellation, now ai really don't understand why i I'm being charged again, and so much? Cell C is really ripping me off, this is really not on....please can you check everything and rectify before calling me? I am no longer working and I am continuously being charged and I am struggling to pay as is!!

That *********** Tebogo refused to even log a complaint or query for me because what I said to her didn't make sense.

I am very disappointed, I don't know Cell C to be having such rude and unprofessional agents!
