Contract has not been cancelled for a year and a half!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>I have been trying to cancel my C-Surance since 2 March 2016 and it has still not been cancelled. When I call in I am lucky if someone answers after holding for a minimum of 16 minutes. Then I get told that they will raise this issue and come back to me. Nothing happens. I am yet to have this resolved and be refunded. </p> <p>I have sent numberous emails and get a response stating someone will be in contact with me within 24 business hours.
