Contract Handed Over

I have been a customer with Cell C for the past 4-7 years... I had 3 contracts in March 2020 when the company I worked for closed due to Covid. I then called in and asked Cell C to assist & adjust my account so it could be more affordable. The lady that assist me was so nice & well informed. One of these contracts was a Data contract. She advised me that the router has been repaid & that we can cancel this contract with immediate effect. Now after a year I have been contacted by a legal firm. Stating that my account has been handed over? I still have 2 accounts with Cell C and not ONCE was I advised that this contract will be handed over. This is honestly pathetic and will ensure that once my contracts have expired, I will move over to a different service provider.
