Contract gone wrong
I took a contract on the 17th July, I was helped by Nobuhle, who did not tell me that they do not have stock of the Samsung S20+, she confirmed everything with me including delivery address. Today being the 11th of August, I am still awaiting for delivery of my devise. Funny enough is that agents will say were escalating your case but none will call me to update me on my order. Can I request for Nobuhle's Manager to contact me please and give me an update on my devise.

Thanks for your response, correction, you do not have the watch that comes with the device. You do have the device but not the watch. So, is there anyway I can keep this on, so that as soon as you get stock I then get my device? Do you perhaps know when your expecting stock? Did Nobuhle, knew that you did not have stock when she sold this to me?

Thanks for your response, correction, you do not have the watch that comes with the device. You do have the device but not the watch.
