Contract from Hell with Cell C

In line with the terms and conditions of the subscriber agreement, you are required to provide a calendar month notice in order to have your contract cancelled on its maturity date. If this agreement is not cancelled during the contract period or on expiry of the contract period and is not renewed, then this agreement will run for the contract period and then on a month-to-month basis until the agreement is cancelled. 

We understand how frustrating it must be to deal with unresolved billing issues after your contract has ended, and we deeply regret the negative experience you’ve had. We will prioritize addressing this issue and ensuring your account is closed as per your request. Additionally, we will investigate the charges app**** to your account and provide clarification.
