Contract **********ly upgraded

Cell C has allowed someone to **********ly upgrade a contract in my name. Despite contacting them immediately - and before the phone was issued - they allowed the person committing ***** to take the phone. I have now been signed up for a two-year contract I did not consent to and, despite promising me feedback today, I have heard nothing from Cell C. Bizarrely, it seems that two sim cards with the same phone number have been allocated, as my sim card and number still work. I called Cell C earlier and the call was dropped on the Cell C side. No explanation has been provided as to what has happened to my airtime and data either.
