Contract ***** - No Assistance.

I had a contract with Cell C a while back sold to me telephonic-ally.<br> <br> The sales person guaranteed me it was a top up contract.(1 gig for R99 per month) I accepted the offer. I stuck the sim card in my daughters Ipad and told her go nuts but when the gig if finished then she will have to wait till next month. I then got billed a large amount and I did not pick up on it right away a month or so later I go billed in excess of R 4000. I refused to pay naturally, I spoke to 3 different people from call centers and then cell C stopped calling. I naively believed that Cell C had gotten there act together. <br> <br> I happily though I would not have to deal with the likes of Cell C again.<br> <br> I went this weekend to check my credit record because I want to buy a house for my family.<br> <br> But I cant because Cell C has listed the contract against my name.<br> <br> Contact Me and Resolve this ASAP.<br> <br> I also request the contact (the tapes of the phone call proving that what the sales person offered me is not what I received from Cell C).<br> <br> Should you fail to produce this then there was no contract to begin with?
