Contract *****

Hello Peter would like to report ***** that was done on my name without my presence nor my consent. On the 24th April 2022 I've received a message from Cell C thanking me for upgrading my contract of which I didn't give consent to. I've been receiving calls from the branch telling me that the contract is due for an upgrade and I told them that I'm waiting for the 9th of July to completely close the contract as I was advised by one of the workers that I can't close it before it expires,so Im waiting for the last day of the contract I'm told that I have a new phone on my name. I have called Cell C about this matter and they told me they gonna investigate and promised to attend to my complaint within 24hours. I've sent an affidavit and an ID copy to *****quiry till today I haven't received and feedback. On the 25th When I go to check on the branch about this new phone thing the guy seemed to know me because he became suspicious and requested my ID card so he can check on the system, I told him I left it at home then gave him my ID number instead, he then told me their system is slow I must come check him later that day or the next day. I suspect that the workers knows what exactly is happening about my account and this investigation is taking long now because I'm getting paid on the 15th of each month so it's getting closer I'm scared that they will start taking money I haven't budgeted for. So I'll be opening a *******ion case from the Saps as well because sooner or later I'll be listed on bureau for things that I did not consent to. I'm looking forward to also get the feedback on this matter as soon as possible
