Contract *****
I have had a terrible experience with CellC. they have been attempting to **********ly debit my Standard Bank account every month and i have to go to the bank to get it reversed. I went to their shop in Mall of Africa and i was told i took a contract in KZN. I have no active contract with Cell C and the only contract i took was for the iPhone 4s or so which expired in 2015 or 2014. Now i want to know the following 1) Who did approved this new contract 2)Where was this phone collected or delivered 3) Supporting documents for this application
I am not going to let them take money from my account for a contract i dont know of.
