Contract *****
Good Day All
I had a contract with Cellc but I closed it on the 08/08/2017. However I kept phoning in for a letter and I asked them to close it as per me this contract has been closed.
However on the 27/09/2017 Cellc went to go and debt my account and they took money and said it has not been paid up I have paid this account up to date and everything of it was paid I would like a refund on my account cause I am no longer using this account and therefore I don't see why I have to pay if I was told in August it was paid up and closed
